Standard Bartending Service – Venue Information
Libations with Finesse provides professional mobile bartending services designed to integrate seamlessly with venue operations, event timelines, and alcohol service requirements. Our services are structured to support weddings, corporate events, and private functions while maintaining consistency and reliability across all bookings.
Base Service Inclusions
- One professional, experienced bartender
- Up to 4 hours of bar service
- Standard disposable cups, straws, and napkins
- Basic bar tools and equipment (shakers, pourers, bar mat)
- Ice handling and service (client provides ice unless added as an enhancement)
- Client-provided alcohol and mixers
- Setup and breakdown included
- Travel included within 30 miles round trip
Staffing & Service Notes
- Additional bartenders may be required based on guest count, service style, or venue policy
- Extended service time is available upon request
- Service flow is adjusted to support event timelines and venue guidelines
Alcohol & Compliance
- Alcohol is provided by the client unless otherwise arranged
- Bartenders follow responsible alcohol service standards
- Service adheres to venue alcohol policies and local regulations
Enhancements & Add-Ons
- Signature cocktails and customized drink menus
- Mocktail and non-alcoholic options
- Champagne toast or welcome drink service
- Mobile bar, glassware, and bar rentals

Booking & Payment Terms
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date
- Remaining balance is due prior to the event
- Pricing varies by event type (wedding, corporate, private) and guest count
- Service minimums and pricing caps may apply
Insurance & Documentation
- Fully insured mobile bartending service
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) provided upon request
- Venue may be listed as additionally insured when required
